Arcspan can be deployed either as an ASP application or through a licensed software model.

ASP Model (Application Service Provider)

The ASP model allows the customer to utilize the functionality of the product via a hosted site, based on the payement of a monthly sevice fee. Specific benefits of the ASP solution delivery model include:

• 24/7 access to applications and data
• Minimized installation and maintenance tasks
• Users only require a browser to access this application
• Ability to run on multiple platforms

Licensed Software Model

Acrodex will make the solution available for installation on the customer’s internal server network, allowing the client to store and archive their information on site. The licensed software model is offered based on a license purchase and annual license renewal fees. Standard professional service fees will be billed for any support or professional services after the deployment and training phase.
