Implementation Process
Arcspan’s multi-phase implementation process ensures that our solution is deployed to meet
your company’s individual needs. Your dedicated care team at Arcspan will facilitate
effective and efficient implementation, offer comprehensive training to your staff and
ensure that your company has the tools and support it requires to make optimal use of
your new professional services tools.
1. Planning the Project
The initial phase involves a Planning Session to outline and document your expectations
and objectives. This session includes a review of Arcspan’s functionality, your existing
business processes, and the development of the overall project plan, including the
determination of roles and responsibilities. The resulting project plan is used as the
foundation of your customized implementation.
2. Customize the Solution
The second phase begins with a solution customization session. We work with your
project team and key stakeholders to analyze and redefine the business processes
that are impacted or supported by Arcspan and customize its structure to address
these processes.
3. Installation
Prior to installation, your current infrastructure is reviewed to ensure it is ready
to support your new toolset. If required, our professionals can provide complete
infrastructure consulting services. Based on the solution customization session, your
Arcspan implementation specialist installs and configures the solution
and trains your administrators for post-implementation upkeep of the system.
4. Pilot the Solution
In phase four, pilot testing ensures that your Arcspan solution is ready for full
deployment. It includes a process review, the development and execution of test
scenarios, as well as processes and configuration fine-tuning. This phase also includes
preparation for end-user training, which includes the development of customized training
exercises, a training database and customized training materials.
